When connecting SES to SKO RES through the control system taking into account EOV (reference unit of leave) there is a need to quickly switch between different types of power management SES and practice different commands to unload SES in accordance with the requirements of NEC Ukenergo.
In this regard, PVcontrol has developed an efficient and highly autonomous management system that provides:
A single interface to work with all types of restrictions on one or more SPP.
Operational switching between different types of SES control according to the received commands (command on unloading taking into account EOV, equally distributed control system or command on Operational safety).
Implementation of several active and reactive power control algorithms in the SKADA system, depending on the customer's needs.
Automatic or manual shutdown and start of inverters if necessary.
An effective system for obtaining and processing data on the implemented restrictions.
Restriction tracking system for further analysis of the dispatcher's work, calculation of compensation for unsold electricity and analysis of fines received from NEC Ukrenergo.
Advantages of using this system:
1. Minimization of the human factor when working out different types of commands when limiting SPP.
2. An effective system for working out different types of restrictions on SPP.
3. Compliance with the standards of NEC UKRenergo 341.001: 2019 and the international standard IEC 60870-5-104.
4. Automatic generation of the report on the fulfilled restriction for the further analysis of work of the dispatcher.
5. Automatic creation of calculations of compensation of unsold electric energy at working off of commands for unloading.
6. Operational system for analysis of deviations of the actual working off of SES restrictions from the expected NEC UKRenergo (including fines), search for problems and preparation of a data package for filing an appeal, if necessary.
We invite you to cooperate!
Sincerely, The PVcontrol team.
